Presidential Election Petition: Supreme Court to Deliver Judgement October 26

The Supreme Court will on Thursday, October 26, 2023, give it judgement in the appeal by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi; the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar against the 2023 Presidential Election victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Recall that both the PDP’s presidential candidate and his LP counterpart had filed appeals contesting the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), which had affirmed Tinubu’s electoral win.
